* In cases where an order is not delivered to the final recipient under his own responsibility or negligence, clodist.gr will not resend the order and reserves the right not to send any other future order to the same person. In the case of cash on delivery methods which the customer at his own risk or negligence did not receive and wishes to be sent again, shipping costs will amount to € 15 (including VAT), which includes the cost of both shipments and one return. RETURN POLICY

You have the right to return all or part of the order within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

In case you exercise the right of withdrawal, the basic condition is that the product (s) be returned within 14 days from the day of the announcement of the withdrawal. Replacement: Our Company will do its best to replace the product you return to us either because the size is not right for you, or because you want another product code, or because this product is defective.

Refund: The refund will be completed within 14 calendar days from the date of the announcement of the exercise of the right of withdrawal. In any case, the Company has the right to return the money, after receiving the products and checking their condition.

All products returned to our Company's warehouses are subject to meticulous quality control.

Excludes underwear and swimwear, which for reasons of hygiene, are not returned.

All Home and Technology products are returned ONLY in their initial packaging.

Return shipping charge

* The return of the product is FREE for the first time, through the company ACS, with which we cooperate. In case of shipment with any company other than the cooperating ACS, you will be charged with the entire cost of the return. In case of change or replacement for the second or more times, you will be charged each time with the cost of return (to us) and the cost of resend (from us to you).

* In the case of exercising the right of withdrawal, with a refund, the customer is charged with the total cost of transport (to and from him).
