RETURNS POLICY

 

You have the right to return all or part of the order within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

In case of return:

Fill in the special Return Form, which you will find in the package, in order to inform us, if you wish, about the reasons for the return and the way you want us to serve you.

Products to be returned are sent exclusively to the following address. Clodist – Returns,  Parodos Agias Eirinis (Yakinthon 18) Lykovrisi - 14123.

In case you exercise the right of withdrawal, the basic condition is that the product (s) be returned within 14 days from the day of the announcement of the withdrawal. The products must be accompanied by their original packaging, in excellent condition, without damage, with all tags attached and with the relevant documents. If the product's security label is removed, it cannot be returned.

The Return Form gives you the following alternatives:

Replacement: Our Company will do its best to replace the product you return to us either because the size is not right for you, or because you want another product code, or because this product is defective.

Refund: The refund will be completed within 14 calendar days from the date of the announcement of the exercise of the right of withdrawal. In any case, the Company will return the money after receiving the products and checking their condition.

All products returned to our Company's warehouses are subject to meticulous quality control.

Underwear and Swimwear are excluded, which for hygiene reasons, are not returnable and not refundable.

Return shipping charge

* The return of the product is FREE for the first time for Greece, through the company ACS, with which we cooperate. In case of shipment with any company other than the cooperating ACS, you will be charged with the entire cost of the return. In case of change or replacement for the second or more times, you will be charged each time with the cost of return (to us) and the cost of resend (from us to you).

For orders in Cyprus special terms apply with ACS.

For all other EU countries, shipment costs will be undertaken by the customer as well as any other duties, taxes or costs imposed to the goods by the country to which the product is shipped. In no way is CLODIST liable for any expenses other than these of the product or other services applied and costs incurred by previous consent of the customer.
Subsequently, no return of money will be valid for any of the above mentioned reasons or for causes where CLODIST is not liable to the unwanted result of the product reception.
All international orders will be conducted through UPS and UPS Express service.

* In the case of exercising the right of withdrawal, with a refund, the customer is charged with the total cost of transport (to and from him).

The money, minus the shipping cost, will be refunded in the same way the payment was made (Paypal - Credit Card - Deposit). In case of cash on delivery, the money will be deposited in a bank account that you indicate to us.
